What kind of conclusions have you made about yourself? What experiences come up again and again? Do they help you do what you want to do? Do they help you be who you want to be? A new perspective can change a previous understanding. Be willing to consider and notice new areas brought to your attention. Be willing to release old habits and methods. Our goal is healing, not coping. Your honesty is crucial to progress.
Your uniquely tailored plan may involve both in-session work and out-of-session homework, including referrals to other programs for areas that I don’t cover but are needed. Programs and homework assigned will have agreed upon due dates.
